Do you have a sore throat all the time? It is important that severe sore throats should not be ignored or underestimated. In case of danger of strep throat, medical advice should be sought quite quickly if:

  • The sore throat lasts longer than a week

  • Strong hoarseness or loss of voice has been added

  • You feel difficulty breathing and even shortness of breath
