Germany: Recommended dose is 2 - 3 times a day. Depending on the size of the painful area to be treated, a 5 - 15 cm long gel strand, corresponding to approx. 2 g to 6 g of gel is required. Other Markets: Recommended dose is 2 times a day (preferably morning and evening). Depending on the size of the affected site to be treated, cherry to walnut size quantity is required, corresponding to 1-4 g of gel .
