Jan Holt - #GrowWithSTADA

Jan Holt grew into the role of Director Strategy & PMO TechOps in less than 2 years - driven by his own growth ambitions and the STADA Global Development Programs. We asked him about his career at STADA from the Beginning and how he developed within 3 years. Here is his Grow Story at STADA:

Jan Holt: I joined STADA in 2020 as Senior Finance Business Partner and from the beginning I took primary responsibility for 20 production sites within Global Operations.

I developed a standardized Global Operations Financial Reporting for all plants and a global Finance Business Partner Community.
In 2021, I participated in the STADA customized program “Ready to Grow”, setting leadership impulses to build the foundation for future career progression. Since then, I took on various projects, such as the financial planning of the new supply-chain hub in Turda (Romania) and in June 2022, I joined the strategy team as Director Strategy & PMO TechOps, where I now sets up a new monthly business reporting for the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), leading various projects and starting to implement the Business Excellence approach within TechOps.

In 2023, I joined the "Get Growing” program, which aims to equip key talents with the leadership skills and behaviors to shape the future of the organization.
