Global STADA+Day: Behind the Scenes
It was a premiere – and an instant success! Thousands of STADA employees worldwide joined in as the best STADA+ cases were recognized in a "Shark Tank"-style event.
Impressively, a total of 750 cases were submitted, and 10 of them made it to the STADA Shark Tank. The cases came from all areas of the company and directly from the employees. In the end, all viewers voted for their favorites.
A huge thank you to everyone who submitted a case! Entrepreneurship is truly at the heart of STADA. I am super proud of the self-empowerment, entrepreneurship, and growth mindset - everyone takes ownership, make things happen and is accountable for the implementation. This is why we will to continue to outgrow the market.
