Change in Chief Executive Officer at STADA Arzneimittel AG
Bad Vilbel, June 5, 2016 – The Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG has decided on a change at the company’s helm at an extraordinary meeting held today. Due to a serious, long-term illness, the previous Chief Executive Officer Hartmut Retzlaff has to lay down his office with immediate effect until further notice. His duties will be assumed by the Executive Board members Helmut Kraft and Dr. Matthias Wiedenfels. Furthermore, Dr. Matthias Wiedenfels has initially been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
