STADA: Supervisory Board elects Carl Ferdinand Oetker as new Chairman of the Board
Bad Vilbel, August 27, 2016 –
The Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG has elected Carl Ferdinand Oetker as new Chairman of the Board today. Prior to this the Annual General Meeting has removed former Chairman Dr. Martin Abend (see also previous Ad-hoc-release of August 26, 2016). In addition to the four newly elected Supervisory Board Members Dr. Birgit Kudlek, Tina Müller, Dr. Gunnar Riemann, and Rolf Hoffmann the Annual General Meeting has also elected Eric Cornut as a further member of the Supervisory Board.
