What are the important milestones in your career since you started at EG, Kevin?
My career at EG started 5 years ago when I became Pharmaceutical Representative for the Limburg region. I performed this function during 3 years before moving to Eupen and leaving my hometown because of personal reasons. At that time, the region Liège-Luxemburg was vacant, and I received the opportunity to work with pharmacists from that region, something I did with great pleasure for a year.
What spoke to me the most in the function, is the possibility to establish a relationship with the pharmacist, as well as the daily challenge to translate commercial messages to a meaningful message in a dynamic environment.
Tell us more about your journey at EG!
After being a Pharmaceutical Representative for 4 years, I received the opportunity to become Kye Account Manager in Wallonia, a function with a broad strategic perspective and broader responsibilities within pharmaceutical groups, as well as the coaching of representatives within my team.
It has been more than a year since I have taken up on this challenge and I get to work on multiple challenges each day and receive different opportunities that allow me to keep learning. Never a dull moment!
I am very thankful that EG has given me the opportunity to develop myself on a professional level as well as on a personal level. It is an inspiring and absolute drive that makes me happy every morning when I hit the road!
