EG supports Red Nose Day again!
It’s not a secret: at EG, we like to give back to charity. An example: our yearly Bike Challenge, where we bike, walk or run for different good causes, brought forward by our own MEPs. Or our Viking holiday cards, with which we support Cancer and Alzheimer foundations.
It’s safe to say everyone was very motived to support Red Nose Day again. With much enthusiasm, our colleagues got to work to come up with actions to help youngsters dealing with mental issues.
And yet again, our MEPs came up with different creative ideas to support the association:
- Soup on Monday;
- Flower power: a flower or orchid to decorate the work place;
- Kicker and ping pong competition in our building: for 2€, you could defy your colleagues;
- Red prices: pay a small contribution for water, sodas and fruit which are normally free;
- Bake off: delicious pies and cakes;
- Sweets.
We want to thank our Marketing, PA and Supply Chain team, and Lars, Goedele, Katleen, Aline, Pascale, Vanessa and Leen for their ideas and actions.
Also a huge thank you to all of our MEPs for their engagement and enthusiasm.
The result: a live radio show in our lounge and a 23.500€ check!
