With our Purpose “Caring for People’s Health” as our north star, we were able to build strong partnerships with our stakeholders and outgrow the market.

For me, performance reflects the result of great teamwork and good collaboration with our clients, all-in line with our values.
What does your position entail?
I coach and lead the Key Account Sales Team. Our team ensures sustainable relationships with our stakeholders to develop a strong sales position.
What do you want to achieve within your function at EG?
Maybe I’m repeating myself, but for me, relationships with our partners are very important, also on a long-term basis. To me, this is the key to balanced and healthy sales partnerships. Within my team, I want to let my people grow and prepare them for the future.
