At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Award was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight for Performance were created.

Why do you think you have won this Award?
As a team, we took it upon ourselves to establish contact with the pharmacists. At the time, none of our colleagues working in the region visited them. So we made sure that the new products were also in stock in the pharmacies! As MEPS, we literally ran the project.
What does One STADA mean to you?
For us, One STADA means that every EG employee is daily committed to our common Purpose: ‘Caring for People's Health as a Trusted Partner’. Teamwork is essential, not only within our team, but also between departments and internal colleagues. Clear communication, collaboration and empowerment: that's what makes the difference. That's what we're committed to every day at EG.
What does your position entail?
Every day, we engage with doctors, specialists and also pharmacists to interpret the strengths of EG and our drugs/nutritional supplements. We look for sustainable collaborations. We want to inspire doctors to choose Belgian, reliable and affordable medication for their patients. Our job is about connecting, building trust and offering solutions tailored to the doctor and the patient.
What do you want to achieve within your function at EG?
We want every doctor, pharmacist or specialist to spontaneously think of EG as a reliable partner. That EG is in the heart of every healthcare provider! We want to continue to grow as a team, with positive impact on our partners. And above all: ensuring that the right medication gets to the right place, with an eye for continuity, quality and patient-centricity. This mission gives us the motivation to rock every day!
