At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honour the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Spotlight' was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight, Performance and Growth were created.

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight?
As a team, we made sure we communicated very well among ourselves in order to reach as many medical doctors as possible in the shortest possible time.
What does Performance mean to you?
We feel that this is one of the most important awards, as we have to make sure that we perform well in our job, in addition to the relationship and communication with doctors.
What does your position entail?
As Medical Representatives, we are challenged to inform doctors about both new and already known medicines and nutritional supplements. Convince GPs and specialists of the strengths and great products at EG and, with the information we give them, motivate them to prescribe EG for their patients.
What else would you like to achieve within your role at EG?
To become even more as a team the face of EG for the doctors!
