At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the EG Awards were created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, we also came up with an EG Award for Launch Excellence and one for Performance.

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight, Philippe?
Thanks to the strong launch of the product Curcufen Forte. I am very grateful for this! I do my job with a lot of motivation, energy and passion. I think we work with beautiful products, and successful launches are always great to see and live up to.
What does Launch Excellence mean to you?
For me, Launch Excellence represents great recognition for what I have been able to accomplish. Besides the recognition, this also motivates me. It makes me want to stay committed!
What does your position entail?
As Medical Representative, I inform general practitioners about our EG products. Together with 3 other colleagues, I am responsible for a certain region and portfolio. Within the medical sales team there are 4 colors: blue, red, yellow and green. Each color contains EG products that we explain and present to the doctors.
What do you want to achieve within your function at EG?
Together with my colleagues in Limburg, I want to continue to give our all!
