At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.
In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Spotlight' was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight for Performance were created.

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight, Vicky & Florent?
Together we form an adaptable and good team, always ready to help colleagues. We have created a common mailbox. That way, all requests arrive in the same place, and we can easily divide tasks according to urgency and priority. We are also back up of each other and we share our knowledge.
What does Agility mean to you?
Agility for us means listening to colleagues, giving your best every day and being able to respond quickly to questions and requests.
What do your positions entail?
We're the Graphics team, working in pair mainly for the Marketing department.
We create the communication visuals. We manage both digital and printed material. We try to keep our skills and knowledge up to date throughout the year.
What do you want to achieve within your function at EG?
We both love to learn, this is something we want to continually invest in! We are also constantly looking for how we can improve certain processes, so that each sales representative and Brand Manager feels even more supported in his/her job and can continue to do it as well as possible.
