At EG, our colleagues are also called MEPs because Motivation, Energy and Passion are three elements found in each of our employees.

In addition, four values also live at EG: One STADA, Entrepreneurship, Agility and Integrity. These are lived out by our MEPs on a daily basis. We like to honor the MEPs who excel in these values. That is why the 'EG Spotlight' was created, each linked to a value. In addition to the 4 values, an EG Spotlight for Launch Excellence and a Spotlight for Performance were created.

Why do you think you have won this Spotlight, Ken?

Together with my Controlling team, we encounter new challenges within EG on a daily basis.

These challenges come from internal colleagues, but they can also be collaborations with other branches of the STADA group or even external firms. In my collaborations with all stakeholders I always try to listen carefully to the needs in order to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Fortunately, I can always rely on a very strong team. My team consists of both younger people and people with more experience, and this works very well to meet all these needs.

What does Integrity mean to you?

Integrity is one of the most important characteristics in the workplace. It means being honest, taking responsibility and keeping your business commitments. Having integrity means being respectful to everyone in the workplace, including your colleagues and other stakeholders.

To me, it also means that you are responsible for your own behavior and actions, and that you always follow the rules in the workplace.

Integrity is also critical to creating a positive work environment. If your colleagues can trust you, it will help increase respect and productivity in the workplace.

What does your position entail?

As Business Process Manager, I am responsible for designing, managing, implementing and optimizing processes within EG with a very strong focus on SAP software.

I analyze the business processes together with STADA and my team. We try to provide solutions for day-to-day problems that arise within these processes. For this, I work together with different departments within EG and STADA in order to create the most effective processes.

Together with my team, we also prepare procedural documents and other documentation to ensure that stakeholders can understand the processes and take the appropriate steps.

 

What do you want to achieve within your function at EG?

As Business Process Manager, I want to continue to focus on improving processes within EG. I want to use my knowledge and experience to ensure that processes are effective and efficient, as well as continue to evolve with the changing needs of the organization. I also want to continue to learn about the latest technologies and trends so that I can implement processes that take advantage of the latest innovations. Finally, I want to share my knowledge and experience with others, so that I can continue to live up to that along with other team members!
